Waking up to the sunrise through the trees and enjoying the quiet natural setting was incredibly relaxing. The grounds are immaculate, and the whole experience felt private, cozy, and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature.

We had a great stay at Forest View Cabins! The view of the forests from the balcony and the fireplace as well to keep the place warm and homely. The hostess was incredible and friendly and always quick to respond and help out. Great stay indeed!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. I honestly wish I could start every morning with a cup of coffee while taking in that scenery. The cabin itself was spotless and felt incredibly homely, with thoughtful touches like board games and a cozy fireplace that made it even more special. I truely couldn't have asked for a better hostess. She is incredibly helpful and friendly and her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for everything!

Yesterday afternoon the skies with the surrounding mountains gave a great last evening spent at Forest View. We enjoyed seeing Cape Parrots fly over as they were heading for their nights rest. Thanks for a great stay. It was magical to have the African Wood Owls vocalising last night in the valley below. Including having heard a Spotted Eagle-owl earlier the evening and the Fiery-necked Nightjars calling every now and then under a almost full moon. We enjoyed the great looking garden and the neat cabins. The cabin offers a cosy and large enough space for a comfortable stay. We will aim to be back there in future. Thanks for the hospitality!

Such a charming place! The views were stunning and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was cosy, clean and private ... exactly as described. The fireplace was definitely the highlight! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway. Warm, friendly staff and a very smooth check-in process. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived.

The absolute best views money can buy. The are butterflies, hummingbirds and mountains as far as the eye can see. The cabins themselves are incredibly comfy, well stocked with everything you could need (including games) and a wonderful braai area. I cannot wait to go back!

The place is very, very beautiful and we couldn't get enough of the views. So peaceful. The feeling of waking up to the sound of birds, out of this world. Wow! The cabins look exactly the same as the pictures. Well maintained and the staff ensure that they communicate. Very much affordable, I can opt for it over and over again. We really had a nice weekend away.

As a local who wanted a break from home and work, I thought I had discovered all that Tzaneen and the nearby places had to offer. Forest View Cabins proved me wrong, it blew my mind, it is so peaceful, the cabins are very modern on the inside so as much we were in the forest we had a piece of modern times inside.
